Refund Policy – Himadvaya

At Himadvaya, we value your trust and strive to provide you with the best possible experience from the moment you book with us. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed.


1. Reservation Cancellation

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the check-in date: Eligible for a 100% refund of the booking amount.

  • Cancellations made between 7 to 13 days before the check-in date: Eligible for a 50% refund of the booking amount.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date: No refund will be provided.


2. Early Departure / No-Show

  • Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date (no-show) will be charged the full booking amount.

  • Guests who check out early will not be eligible for any refund for the unused nights.


3. Modification of Bookings

  • Changes to your booking dates are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • Date changes made less than 7 days before arrival will be treated as a cancellation and follow the refund rules above.


4. Special & Promotional Rates

  • Bookings made under non-refundable offers, promotional packages, or discounted rates are not eligible for any refund or date change.


5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method used for booking.

  • Bank or payment gateway charges, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount.


6. Force Majeure

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or situations beyond our control, Himadvaya reserves the right to offer a credit voucher for a future stay instead of a monetary refund.
